Couples Therapist
Are you a seasoned therapist who loves working with couples and wants to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team? We’re hiring a Couples Therapist to join our practice.
In this role, you’ll maintain a thoughtfully balanced caseload of individuals and couples. You’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven clinical culture where your clinical interests and strengths are respected. For clinicians who are interested, there is also the opportunity to step into supervision and mentorship roles over time, as your role evolves and the fit is right.
About the Role
- In-person position in Colorado
- 22-25 client sessions per week
- Four in-office days per week (32 hours) to support team meetings, administrative responsibilities, and peer consultation

Part-Time & Full-Time Therapists
We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled clinicians to join our growing team.
- Part-Time: 15–21 client sessions per week
- Full-Time: 22–28 client sessions per week
We have an immediate need for therapists who enjoy working with couples and are available for 1-2 evenings and/or weekend sessions.

- This is a W-2 employee position with commission-based salary. We are a fee for service-based practice with a percentage commission rates as the pay scale.

Requirements Are:
- Current State of Colorado license.
- Willing to build up to work 25-28 hours per week for full-time or 15-21 hours part-time.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health field.
