I love coming alongside families, couples, and individuals in their journey of wholeness and healing.
I work to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves, how they they relate to the world around them, how they uniquely process their experiences and relationships, and how they seek to construct their ideal world. I do this through the use of temperament assessments, with a therapeutic approach centered understanding and attachment.
I utilize temperament psychology as way of helping clients better understand themselves and how they relate to the world. Usually our journey together begins with a comprehensive assessment and moves on to crafting a treatment plan that will help clients reach their personal goals in counseling. I work to help clients gain a sense of agency in their lives and make choices that contribute to their freedom and fulfillment.
I was born and raised in Texas where I spent most of my time either on a river or traveling with friends to get all we could out of the live music scene in the Hill Country. I moved up to Colorado after graduating from Baylor, after I fell in love with the mountains during my time as a mountaineering guide around Pagosa Springs in the summers while I was in college. Since then, I’ve earned a masters degree in counseling, had the chance to be involved in relief and development work in Kenya, fell in love and got married, and had two amazing boys. Since moving down to Castle Rock from Congress Park, we now call it home, and we love it here.
