    Areas of Expertise:

Do you feel like you’re never going to be free? Like you can’t shake the voices and insecurities that you live in? Do you want to let go of the patterns and beliefs that you have lived in for years?

I would love to help you experience freedom in your life and to truly love who you are. I provide a safe place where you can share about your hurts and pains and talk through any dynamics in your life. I help women and teens who are struggling with everyday pressures, depression, anxiety and past/present traumas that are still plaguing their lives. Through my experiences as a counselor and fellow healer, I have grown in my belief that counseling is a powerful tool that helps people move forward and out of experiences that they feel stuck in. I love what I do and I love being able to sit with people and really hear their story and what has shaped their lives.

My mission as a therapist is to help clients feel comfortable and secure through counseling. I believe every person was made to experience life to the full and to see their own beauty and strength. My approach to therapy is holistic and helps clients feel more integrated in their bodies and minds. My goal for clients is to help them navigate through difficult situations and emotions feeling more empowered when they leave the counseling session. I believe that healing is possible and I would love to help you find your inner resources and strengths and live more fully into your authentic and true self.

A little about me: I have been in private practice for several years working with teens and adults. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings doing trauma therapy, addiction work, grief and loss counseling and working with spirituality issues. Most recently I worked in Denver helping clients work through trauma, eating disorders and pregnancy/postpartum complications. I am originally from Texas and received my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and another Bachelors of Nursing from University of Colorado. I received my Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary. When I’m not counseling, I love being in the mountains skiing and hiking, enjoying a good movie or travelling. I really love living in Castle Rock and feel fortunate to be part of such a great community!
