You love your partner, but you are just not feeling understood. Your communication and connection has broken down to being just roommates. The same fight is happening over and over and you wonder if it will ever get better.  I help couples resolve the areas where they are feeling stuck. You can change the fight pattern.  Or maybe one person gives too much to make the other person happy. You find that this may work for some time but realize neither of you are happy. It is time to make a change that will last.
Whether you are working through past wounds or overwhelmed with current stressors, I am here to offer hope as we work together to resolve the conflict you are feeling with your spouse. I help couples get the intimacy back in their marriage. Couples have said that they come into my office feeling like they have been on a merry go round; going round and round; not knowing when they can get off. However, after some sessions, I see them sitting a lot closer; making eye contact; talking to each other, not at each other. I can tell there is real change when they start to really take time to listen and try to understand one another, instead of getting their point across. The genuine care and compassion comes through as most people want to be heard and understood. I am here to walk alongside you in this journey and help you have the relationship you long for. Not just in my office, but in your daily life!

    For Moms:

Some of my favorite work is focusing on women and our many seasons of life. I come alongside you as you are navigating career environments, finding a healthy work-life balance, transitioning from singlehood to married life, the different stages of motherhood and all the events and struggles that are unique to women. I help you fight back the fear of “not doing enough” while you put everyone else’s needs before your own. I see you when you externally look like you have it all together but internally still struggle with anxiety or unexplained sadness. You can take a breath in my office and have a place to be seen and heard without judgment. We will together figure out a path that feels right for you in all your roles.
