I am passionate about journeying alongside people while offering a warm and comforting space. I believe in the healing power that comes from sharing your story with someone who genuinely cares and desires to understand you. To accomplish this, I bring a blend of therapy approaches into the counseling setting, all with the desire to better know and understand each person individually. My clients say that they enjoy my genuine care, sincere compassion, humbleness, and fully-attuned listening style. As a wife and mom of five young ones, I am particularly passionate about journeying alongside other women as they navigate the unique challenges of marriage and motherhood.
Trish received her Masters Degree in Counseling at Grace College and Seminary in Winona Lake, IN. Before living in SE Asia with her family, Trish worked with young adults on a college campus and spent time working in a retirement home. Since returning from overseas, Trish has had diverse opportunities working with individuals, couples and families. She also enjoys teaching seminars and group facilitating. In her spare time, Trish most enjoys playing games with her family, reading, watching movies, all things outside, and taking a good nap.
*For those of you who would like to integrate your Christian faith into the counseling process, mention that to Trish. It is one of her specialties as her graduate studies focused on the integration of theology and counseling.
