Do you feel overwhelmed with life and the usual way you try to overcome things just isn’t working anymore? Do you find yourself struggling with relationships and unsure of how to proceed? Do you feel stuck?
I help people get unstuck and live a life they enjoy. I am passionate about creating a space for you to be authentic and explore what you want different in your life. With unconditional acceptance, I offer hope and compassion while I hear your story. I help you feel empowered to embrace and express your newfound changes.
I believe that we can make a bigger impact in your life by working intently in one area and letting the ripples of that change affect the other areas of your life. I am able to hold that space for you and help you focus on the areas and behaviors you want to be different.
Clients have told me they feel I am very present with them, compassionate, and thoughtful. Our work together will focus on discovering interventions that work for you and your lifestyle so that you can embrace the new you outside of the therapy office. To sum it up: I want people to be empowered to thrive and live their best life!
