Areas of Expertise & Interest:

Hi, I am Ashley and I journey with you towards healing and personal growth!

Are you working through tough stuff from the past that's affecting how you feel about yourself and others? Do you find it hard to handle tricky relationships in romance, family, or at work? Are you feeling really weighed down by anxiety or sadness every day? Maybe you're wanting to understand yourself better and learn ways to feel more okay with who you are. No matter what challenges you're facing, I'm here to provide support and guidance as you navigate through them.

Together, we'll create a safe space where you can freely explore your emotions and thoughts without judgment. Through our sessions, you'll have the opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, uncover hidden strengths, and develop coping strategies to overcome obstacles. Let's embark on this journey towards healing and personal growth together.

In our sessions, I use different ways to help you based on what you need, so you can overcome the challenges you're facing. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we'll focus on changing how you think and turning around negative beliefs. This will give you practical skills to handle your feelings better. Also, techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will help you manage your emotions, think more clearly, and stay balanced when life gets tough. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), we'll explore different parts of yourself, promoting understanding and self-kindness as you work towards feeling whole again. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you process past hurts, easing their hold on your life and opening the door to deep healing and change. By using these tools together, we'll help you grow stronger, bounce back from setbacks, and improve your overall well-being.

Hobbies & Fun Facts

As someone born and raised in Colorado, I love exploring the beautiful landscapes and enjoying outdoor activities in my home state. When I have free time, I really enjoy trying new recipes and baking, and I like taking on DIY projects that catch my interest. I'm a busy parent to two lively kids, ages 6 and 8, and I spend a lot of time cheering them on at their sports games, which always brings me joy. Even with a busy schedule, I make sure to take care of myself by reading and discussing spiritual ideas daily. I also stay active by lifting weights regularly, which helps me stay strong and grounded. Building strong friendships is important to me, as they provide support and share special moments in life.
